Communicating Logically, Empathically And Responsively (CLEAR) is an interpersonal communication skills workshop that reveals how to communicate with others in order to understand, empathize and collaborate to get results.
Participants will be introduced to the sequence of persuasive communication, building rapport, conveying the message in the appropriate context and with a clear purpose, techniques in convincing and giving instructions, and writing using correct communication principles.
