HR for Non HR Professionals

“HR for Non-HR Professionals” course is designed to empower individuals from diverse backgrounds by providing them with the essential knowledge and skills necessary for understanding and actively contributing to HR functions within their respective organizations. Tailored for professionals outside the HR domain, the program focuses on imparting foundational principles of human resource management. Participants will gain insights into the roles of leaders in key HR functions, covering areas such as recruitment, interviewing, training, performance management, salary and benefits administration, employment law, industrial relations, and workplace communication.
By the end of this course, participant will acquire the HR fundamentals principles and practices and gain the confidence to engage with HR processes in the workplace.
