dismissal. The primary focus will be on equipping participants with the techniques of investigation to establish a prima facie case and evaluate its strength to determine the appropriate course of action. Throughout
the course, participants will be exposed to investigation techniques and skills applicable to both misconduct-related employment cases and those of a criminal nature. By combining theoretical knowledge with practical insights, we aim to provide participants with a holistic understanding of the complexities involved in conducting thorough and effective investigations.
To enhance your learning experience, real-life case studies and examining Industrial Court awards will be utilized. This approach will allow participants to reflect on and apply the lessons learned, fostering a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
