Registration of Mini Training Series Organized By HR ACT SDN BHD
Participants of HR ACT’s PROTEGE-RTW will be eligible to attend FREE mini training sessions. Attendance at this training sessions can be accounted towards the required number of the training days as per the PROTEGE Secretariat guidelines.
Terms and Conditions:
(a) Participants (Proteges) who have attended all compulsory PROTEGE-RTW modules organized by HR ACT SDN BHD are eligible to participate in Mini Training Series
(b) The training course is conducted as Public Programs only and will use ZOOM platform.
(c) HR ACT reserves the right to re-schedule the training, change the training module and the trainer if necessary
(d) E-Certificate will be issued to the participants.

About The Trainers
LOKMAN LAUI holds a Degree in Management from the University of Science Malaysia. He has over 28 years of experiences in Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, and Tourism Industry. He has worked with the manufacturing industry US, Japan, and local Multinational Corporations and the founder of HR ACT SDN BHD; an HRD Corporation Training Provider involved in HR training, consulting, and web-based HR Solutions.
Completed his NCS-004:2017 Train-The-Trainer program, Lokman is a Certified Virtual Learn Caster (VLC), a Professional Learning Facilitator (PLF-Mastery) and a DISC Professional Facilitator. He is also a Certified National Assessor of ASEAN MRA-TP (ASEAN Mutual Agreement-Tourism Professionals), , an Industry Advisory Board Member of SEGI College Penang and an Exco Member of Digital Travel Technology Association of Malaysia (DiTTAM).
Ahmad Naser graduated in Electronics Engineering from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1992 and holds a Master degree in Electronics from USM in 2011, Member of Institution of Engineers Malaysia (MIEM), a S9K ATE certified programmer and a Certified Trainer by HRD Corporation. He has had a rewarding career as a Professional Engineer, and since 1992 blessed with various opportunities to serve several MNC giants and worked with great engineering minds while at Hewlett-Packard, Intel, WSD and Avago.
He was the Principal Engineer at Broadcom before venturing into Learning and Development field in 2017. It has been a rewarding experience for Ahmad in Learning and Development ever since. With over 25 years of working experience including in the US, he finds pleasure in sharing his technical, engineering, thinking skills and experiences with his leaners.
Muhamad Nurman Karthikasan (Nurman) is an EHS Consultant,Trainer and a Competent Safety and Health Officer registered with Department of Safety and Health (DOSH). Nurman is also a Lead Auditor for 18001/MS1722 OSH Management systems, NIOSH, Malaysia and ISO 14001, Environmental Management System. Throughout his career, he has worked in major industries with various MNCs and local conglomerates, holding leadership (including Regional) positions in the Environment, Health and Safety field and has undertaken numerous safety transformation initiatives and audits.
Nurman holds a Master’s in occupational safety and Health, Camden University, USA -2007, Advanced Safety Certificate, International Safety Council, USA, Certified Trainer The Trainer- Safe Start, DUPONT, Certificate in Industrial Security Management by NSSDC. He is also an HRD Corp Certified Trainer
