This two day programme introduces practical applications of Generative AI and AI powered tools in manufacturing and operations. Participants will learn how AI can support production planning, operational reporting, quality management, maintenance, inventory analysis, SOP development and continuous improvement. 

The programme focuses on using readily available AI tools rather than requiring participants to build complex machine learning models. Participants will work with realistic manufacturing scenarios, operational data and documents to develop AI assisted workflows that can be adapted to their workplace.
