Crafting Effective Employment Contract, HR Policy and Employee Handbook

An Employment Contract is the foundation of the employer-employee relationship. It is an agreement between the employer, who hires someone to work for them, and the employee, who agrees to work under specific terms. Once both parties sign the contract, its terms are legally binding and must be adhered to by both sides.
This two-day training program not only explains the legal aspects of employment contracts and the rights and responsibilities of both employers and employees but also covers how to craft effective HR policies and employee handbooks. Participants will learn how these three critical documents—Employment Contract, HR Policy, and Employee Handbook—intersect and work together, as well as the legal considerations involved in documenting them. The course emphasizes the importance of clear and compliant documentation to prevent misunderstandings and ensure smooth workplace operations.
