Developing and Managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

A Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measures organizational performance and indicates critical areas requiring improvement. By the end of this course, participants will develop organizational KPIs, cascade the relevant KPIs to the next level, prepare an action plan to monitor the implementation of the action plan, and communicate KPIs to their subordinates.
