This 3-day immersive workshop is designed to equip administrative staff with practical skills to use Generative AI tools for daily productivity. Through hands-on learning, participants will explore how AI can assist in writing, research, planning, reporting, and decision-making.
Participants will also build their own custom GPT tailored to their department needs and work collaboratively in a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) project to address real workplace challenges using AI solutions.
The course emphasizes responsible AI use in the workplace, guided by ethical practices and data sensitivity.
